This soap is a part of the Kanekoa Farm-to-Soap collection, where produce that would have otherwise been discarded or composted are given a second chance at life, while simultaneously reducing food waste. 

This product was made to offer a vegan option for a charcoal face soap. 

The black color for this soap was achieved through activated charcoal, which is rumored to help draw out impurities and oil in the skin, recommended for those with oily or acne prone skin.

The yellow is from the turmeric powder, which is rumored to help brighten the skin. Local carrots were also added to add character and rumored brightening properties of the skin.

This bar is unscented.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, and grapeseed, activated charcoal, turmeric, and local carrots.
